Management Team

It is currently anticipated that upon conversion of the Company to a closed joint-stock entity ("Conversion"), the Board of directors will comprise 7 to 9 directors, with 3 to 4 seats reserved for the Founders. The final composition of the Board will be determined upon or after the issuance of the Offer Shares.
