The Company has secured land in the Riyadh Techno Valley located inside King Saud University for the si te to build the Project. The terms of the lease agreement (the "Lease") have been agreed and forwarded to H.E. the Chairman of King Saud University for signing. The land secured consists of an area of 9,656 m2.
