Box (100205), Riyadh (11635), KSA, is a founder and investor of a multipurpose sterile fill and finish facility for biopharmaceutical products including recombinant Human Insulin and other products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

 

Saudi Biotech. Co. is aiming to build home grown biotechnology industry through partnering with established international companies in this sector, which is reflected in set-up a facility to develop, manufacture and market biotechnology derived products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and secure marketing approval initially for the GCC countries that could be extended to provide contract manufacturing services for multi-national companies

 

Saudi Biotech. Co. has successfully acquired the know-how technology of manufacturing and marketing biopharmaceutical products that is provided through Acertus Pharma LLC (ACL), a company registered under the law of Minisuta, USA and having its registered Office at 5004 Oak Bend Lane, Edima, MN 55436, United States of America.

 

Saudi Biotech. Co. team with the assistance of ACL scientists and technical experts will set up a facility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia especially to exploit the technical know how and the technology provided by ACL in accordance with the Technology Transfer Agreement signed by Saudi Biotech. Co. and ACL.

 

Saudi Biotech. Co. has been granted the approval of Saudi Food and Drug Authority during October, 2010 on the conceptual design to build up new state of the art multi-purpose sterile fill and finish facility for biopharmaceutical products including recombinant Human Insulin and other products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

 

Saudi Biotech. Co. through its Board of Directors and the management team has combined with the technical management and scientific team of Acertus Pharma LLC, to provide and transfer the know-how technology to set up a plant which run according to the cGMP requirements and comply with all European (EU, MHRA) and Saudi FDA standards and requirements.
